·        Mural Walking Guide – Enterprise Punta Gorda, Inc. has created a walking guide to the 14 Murals currently in downtown Punta Gorda. It is free, and can be picked up at the Enterprise or Main Street Punta Gorda Office, the Punta Gorda Chamber or Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce offices or in Laishley or Gilcrest parks. 

·        Next Mural  - There will be a ribbon cutting for our newest Mural, “The Conquistadors”, which is on Dean’s South of the Border Restaurant at 130 N. Tamiami Trail, as part of the Third Thursday Gallery Walk, July 17^th at 4:00pm. The Mural has been painted by artist Charles Peck. Come and join us in the festivities!

   ·        Next, next Mural – We are planning for another ribbon cutting as part of the August 21^st, Third Thursday Gallery Walk. The Mural is being painted on the wall adjacent to the boat ramp in Laishley Park, and depicts Charlotte Harbor and the old and new bridges spanning the Peace River. It is being painted by artist Liz Hutchinson.

·        Future Murals -  We are currently planning to recreate two more of the Murals that were lost to Hurricane Charley this fall. The Mural “Movie Memories” will be painted on a wall at the new Event center, and the Mural “Wotitzky General Store” will be painted on the WCI Realty Building at 309 N. Tamiami Trail.

·        The Murals of Punta Gorda CD – 96 Beautiful Digital Photographs of the Punta Gorda Murals are available at the same above locations as the Mural Booklets. The CD’s also contain Maps and Artist information, as well as Screensaver and Wallpaper Software. They are now on sale for only $10.00
